Reconnecting communities

Over the last decade town centres have suffered high vacancy levels of historic properties nationwide. Our historic high street division works to reconnect the historical core of civic centres with contemporary schemes, working with major developers to deliver regeneration projects.

We have contributed to the preservation and redevelopment of a number of historic buildings, including Grade I & II* listed buildings. Due to their listed status, historic buildings form the focal point of future high street renovation initiatives. Many areas that are currently considered run-down have been awarded public funding to re- develop their town centers and Capital Stone are proud to be partners in these worthy initiatives.
